We needed someone that had the credibility and experience in the field of personality type, and knew it was going to be a pain to find them. What stood out about Rebecca from the start was her confidence and easy-going attitude about the whole project. She spoke as if it was easy and already done. And overall, the experience was easy. The best part of working with Rebecca was being surprised by her consistent over-delivering. This was much appreciated. She gave us a custom assessment that is both incredibly accurate and valuable for a beta. In fact, we want her to be a partner with us long-term because of our experience with her. Connecting with Rebecca was one of the best things that ever happened in our business.
ENTJ and INTJ personality types: What’s the difference?
It’s been quite some time since I got interested in typology and ENTJs are direct and commanding communicators, often with a clear idea of what needs to be done and and a take-charge attitude toward organizing people and projects. ENTJs are organized and strategic in their thinking. They communicate their vision and their plan to implement it in a logical, task-oriented way. ENTJs see flaw in ideas and plans quickly and give critique freely. They enjoy analyzing ideas, but are ultimately oriented toward action; they want to integrate information, formulate a long-term plan, and then move forward.
Even though there’s only one letter difference between ENTJ and INTJ, the differences in personality are rather to learn more about the difference between ENTJ vs INTJ? Though there’s only one letter difference between the MBTI types ENTJ and INTJ, those two letters affect how the other letters interact and are shown to the outside world.
Find out what yours are! As an ENTP, you are what is known as a visionary. You are an innovator. You are quick-witted and you know exactly what you want, and how to get it. As an ENTP, you have a tendency of not finishing projects once you start them. You move onto something new, because you get bored or tired of the previous one. Remember that in order to achieve your goals, you must be able to train yourself to get things done, one by one.
As an INTP, you function best when you have the freedom to do whatever it is your heart tells you to. You love the flexibility of working for yourself, so being an entrepreneur is the perfect route for your career goals. As an INTP, you are not easily persuaded. This can be a great quality to have, however, it can cause you to come across as being very close-minded. And they might have some ideas that you will agree with as well. As an ENTJ, you work best in an environment where you possess all the control.
You work best in these types of situations.
ENFJ Personality Type Profile
If an ENFJ is acting out, sometimes all you need to do to make them feel better is remind them of something they already know. They will stop at nothing to make sure their loved ones are happy, but also require attention in return. Certain problems can arise in you are in a relationship with an ENFJ. They are prone to smothering and being over protective of their partners. They may tirelessly ask you how you are doing or how your day was, but know that it is generally because ENFJs are especially empathetic and can pick up on the minute differences in their partners personalities.
Personality Hacker receives a lot of emails from people asking for clarification around their personality types. Many do a lot of their own research until they narrow it down to two possible types before contacting us and asking for help.
ENFJ individuals are outgoing and will never cease to inspire and entertain a partner. ENFJs will put forth all of their efforts to give a relationship a genuine shot and are always looking for the long-haul relationship. They are excellent communicators of their own thoughts and feelings and can also sense the needs of their partner, which makes for a very open and honest relationship. Most ENFJs will overlook their own needs in lieu of seeing to the needs of others.
This is usually done without a thought, although some individuals will elect to ignore their own desires, even some of the most basic ones. This can be an unhealthy practice in a relationship and it is important that ENFJs train themselves to reflect on their own needs and to ensure that they take positive action to see them fulfilled. Where an ENFJ fails to do this, the partner must take it upon his or her to anticipate these unfulfilled needs and to address any unbalance within the relationship.
ENFJ Relationships & Compatibilities
As in other aspects of their life, they want to be the leader in the relationship, and take on responsibility for making things work. The are creative leaders, and are likely to have relationships which promote constant growth and learning. Since they are constantly scanning the environment for new ideas and things worth learning, the ENTJ may frequently re-define the “rules” of the relationship, although their commitment remains constant.
If it becomes very clear to them that the relationship no longer offers any chance of growth or learning, the ENTJ will leave the situation, and not look back. ENTJs are usually very successful in their careers, and usually very good with money. This is helpful in that it may remove a lot of the conflict which couples generate over money matters, but it may become a problem if the ENTJ is too much of a workaholic to spend time on the growth and development of the relationship.
ENTJ: The Evil Overlord. The ENTJ is best characterized by his charisma, his ability to grasp complex situations and to think flexibly and creatively, his keen and active intelligence, and his overwhelming desire to crush the world beneath his boot.
Long-lasting INTP relationships may be tougher to develop initially, but those who are able to stick it out can enjoy affectionate and fulfilling long-term relationships. This Myers-Briggs personality is characterized as being introverted, intuitive, thinking, and perceiving. These traits create an individual that is mostly concerned with internal affairs rather than that which goes on around them.
For the right individual, an INTP can be a very loving, affectionate, and committed companion. The dominant features of the personality is the introverted thinker. This analytical personality loves to mull over things and will often wander so deeply into the recesses of their own mind that to an outsider, they may appear disinterested, detached, or even anti-social.
They have many depths to their personality, each of which will be revealed if and when they deem an individual worthy. Until then, this type of individual may seem somewhat out of reach unless the subject of conversation drifts into a realm in which they have an interest. This kind of individual is most likely to have a small group of friends, typically ones who share common interests and opinions.
They often spot liars very easily due to their extraverted intuition and their ability to recall and compare statements to zone-in on any incongruities. The INTP is a laid back personality that is happy to let things slide.
INFPs in Love
ENTJ relationships can be full of such wonderful potential for a partner who fits the bill. This Myers-Briggs persona is characterized as being extraverted, intuitive, thinking, and judging. These characters are a little scarcer in the world than some other personalities as they make up an estimated three percent of the population.
ENTJ individuals are lovers of knowledge and will always be happiest in a relationship that offers challenges, new experiences, and the opportunity to learn.
Extraverted feeling, the auxiliary deciding function, expresses a range of emotion and opinions of, for and about people. INFJs, like many other FJ types, find themselves caught between the desire to express their wealth of feelings and moral conclusions about the actions and attitudes of others, and the awareness of the consequences of unbridled candor.

Your secondary mode is internal, where you take things in primarily via your intuition. ENFJs are people-focused individuals. They live in the world of people possibilities. More so than any other type, they have excellent people skills. They understand and care about people, and have a special talent for bringing out the best in others. ENFJ’s main interest in life is giving love, support, and a good time to other people. They are focused on understanding, supporting, and encouraging others.
They make things happen for people, and get their best personal satisfaction from this. Because ENFJ’s people skills are so extraordinary, they have the ability to make people do exactly what they want them to do. They get under people’s skins and get the reactions that they are seeking. ENFJ’s motives are usually unselfish, but ENFJs who have developed less than ideally have been known to use their power over people to manipulate them. ENFJ’s are so externally focused that it’s especially important for them to spend time alone.
This can be difficult for some ENFJs, because they have the tendency to be hard on themselves and turn to dark thoughts when alone.
